Favorite Pose: The balancing pose Tree is one of her favorites; it gives her a sense of control over my body and helps with her ability to focus. She finds herself doing tree in line at the grocery or standing at a sporting event.
Hobbies: Cooking and eating. Both of which she is able to do more of because she exercise regularly doing yoga and pilates

Favorite Pose: Her favorite pose is all balancing poses, pigeon and the pigeon variations, balancing pigeon and reclining pigeon. They are great for opening the hips and allowing the spine more room.
Hobbies: Cooking, camping, bicycling and anything outdoors.

Angie Hurd has been a certified fitness/yoga instructor since 1995 teaching a variety of types of yoga for all ability levels. Over 25 years of yoga teaching has brought her many friendships and a lot of joy.
Favorite Pose: Crow pose is her favorite because it is a fun balance pose that forces her to stretch her very tight wrists and forearms which helps with her carpal tunnel issues.
Hobbies: Leading backpacking trips, growing vegetables, singing and directing choirs.

Amy Galbraith

Amy is a Certified Stretching and Flexibility Instructor and is currently working on becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. She has been doing yoga and pilates for over ten years. The flexibility, strength and relaxation techniques she has learned have increased her confidence and introduced her to people, ideas, and values that have made her a better person.
Hobbies: Amy enjoys golfing, reading, crocheting, and visiting her daughters.
Favorite Pose: Butterfly, squat, and bridge pose make her back and hips feel stretched and relaxed.
